A Cornish mum living by the sea

Little Escape Beach Hut

I was so lucky to work with Little Escape Beach Hut, I spent the most blissful morning here and the weather was just perfect.  It was a crisp morning not too cold and the sun was kissing everywhere in lovely light.  The sea was pale blue and the sand a lovely golden colour.

I woke with that bubble of excitement the same you get as a child when your off to the funfair or its Christmas morning.  I had my camera charged and bags full of magazines, crochet and most importantly pink lemonade fruit tea (perfect for the seaside) and  CAKE (I even packed my slippers!)

I collected the keys and walked to the hut taking in the beautiful view.

Little Escape Beach Hut is available to hire for the morning, day or week and is situated at the beautiful Towan Beach Newquay. Its close to town so perfect for popping to grab some lunch, ice cream or yummy cakes. You can find our more about hiring the hut here

The hut is perfect to hire as a special surprise maybe a birthday or anniversary,  it would be such a lovely gift.  If your planning to come to Cornwall on holiday or even live locally why not hire the hut for the day and enjoy a relaxing day at the beach,  it would be perfect for families who need a base for everything or a place to feed, change or even let little ones have a nap while sitting back and enjoying the view at the same time.

Lets take a look at the lovely hut in more detail.......!
It has everything you need, every little space has been cleverly used to ensure you have everything from deck chairs for the beach to books to read!  It has heating and electricity so you can make a cup of tea or coffee.

If its a little chillier you can wrap up in one of the throws as I did when the sun disappeared for a short while.  Its also comfortable with a sofa to curl up on to read a book, look at a magazine and have a cuppa!

The first thing I did was open back the double doors letting the warm breeze in, the sea air hit my face and fill my lungs!

I set to work with my camera first so that I could tick off the list of what I needed,  that took quite a while and I was ready for a cuppa when my list was complete so I popped the radio on and sat and watched everyone walking on the beach, children busy and dogs enjoying the open space to run!

I looked through some of the books,  this one was my favourite and one I had not seen before.....

Then I just had enough time for a bit of crochet before I would sadly leave this amazing little nook!

It was soon time to go but I WILL be coming back for a bit of ME time again,  it felt so calm and cosy I just loved it so much being up above watching everyone as the huts are set up high so you really do get amazing views!

Here are a few more of my own snaps from my morning......

Go book yourself a treat or treat someone special to a lovely break away from all the craziness of life!!
